Labour Department

This department configures itself as a multidisciplinary area which aims to respond to the needs of the company, acting in various fields such as Strategic Management, Human Resources Management, the Social branch of Labour Law and Social Security, providing not only legal knowledge, but also technical, economical, of management and of labour sociology.

Among others, it provides with the following services:

  • Employment procedures: completion of regular obligations (such as Social Security or Payroll confection)
  • Contractual advice on employment issues (contracts and special clauses)
  • Consultancy and auditing on labour
  • Paperwork covering restructuring workforces and collective bargaining
  • Modification, suspension and extinction of contracts

  • Consultancy on labour safety
  • Intervention before the employment authorities and industrial tribunals
